By accessing or using BonjourAgent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

BonjourAgent is a platform that discovers and consolidates a business's digital presence from multiple sources (website, Instagram, Google Maps, Doctoralia, and others), then creates an AI-optimized structured profile hosted at md.bonjouragent.com. The Service includes:

• Free website and digital presence scanning
• Multi-source discovery (social media, business listings, review sites)
• AI-powered content optimization and GEO Score calculation
• Hosted structured profile at md.bonjouragent.com
• File download for your optimized content

3. Purchases & Pricing

BonjourAgent uses a one-time payment model. No subscription is required. Key terms:

• Pricing is based on content units (each page or platform profile = 1 unit), using graduated brackets
• Prices are displayed before purchase in BRL (Brazilian Real) or USD
• Launch discounts (e.g., 20% off for the first 72 hours after your scan) are non-stackable and apply only once per site
• Free hosting at md.bonjouragent.com is included with every purchase, forever
• Your optimized profile is published and accessible from day one. File download becomes available on day 8, after the 7-day evaluation and refund period
• Re-sync services (re-optimizing your profile with updated content) are available as a separate one-time purchase

4. Refund Policy & Download Schedule

Your optimized profile is published and accessible at md.bonjouragent.com from day one, so you can fully evaluate the quality of our work. During the first 7 days after purchase, you may request a full refund for any reason — no questions asked. File download becomes available on day 8, after the refund window closes. This separation ensures a genuine evaluation period before you receive the portable files. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit websites or digital presences you do not own or have authorization to optimize
• Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
• Reverse engineer the GEO scoring algorithms
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content

You retain all rights to your original content. BonjourAgent retains rights to the optimization algorithms, scoring methodology, and platform technology. Your optimized profile is your property. Content extracted from third-party platforms (Instagram, Google Maps, Doctoralia, etc.) remains subject to those platforms' terms of service. BonjourAgent consolidates publicly available information but does not claim ownership over third-party content.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime for hosted profiles but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

BonjourAgent is provided "as is". We are not responsible for how AI agents use or cite your content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific purchase in question. We do not guarantee specific GEO Score improvements or AI agent citation results.
