1. Data We Collect

BonjourAgent collects data depending on how you use the service:

• Scan Data: When you submit a URL, we crawl publicly accessible content from your website and discover linked digital presences (e.g., Instagram, Google Maps, Doctoralia, Booksy, Linktree). Scan data is cached for 5 days and then automatically deleted.
• Third-Party Platform Data: We extract publicly available information from platforms linked to your website (social media profiles, business listings, review sites). Only public data is collected; we never access private or login-protected content.
• Account Information: If you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your email address and name. Account creation is not required for free scans.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe in BRL (Brazilian Real) and USD. We never store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage Data: Basic information about how you interact with our platform, such as pages visited and features used.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Analyze your digital presence across websites and linked platforms
• Generate a GEO Score and optimization recommendations
• Create your optimized structured profile hosted at md.bonjouragent.com
• Process payments for one-time purchases
• Send service-related communications (not marketing, unless you opt in)

We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your content to train AI models.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use:

• Cloudflare D1: For structured data (accounts, pages, scores)
• Cloudflare KV: For caching scan results (5-day TTL for free scans)
• Cloudflare R2: For stored optimized content artifacts

Free scan results are cached for 5 days and then automatically deleted. Purchased profiles are stored indefinitely and can be downloaded starting on day 8 after purchase (after the evaluation period). Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

4. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate personal data
• Erasure: Request deletion of all your data (right to be forgotten)
• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to data processing for specific purposes

• Apify: Public data extraction from social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and others)
• Google Places API: Business discovery and public listing information
